O adolescente e o ato infracional: uma análise sociológica da realidade da cidade de Macapá

Abstract

This paper addresses a contemporary social phenomenon, which is the commission of illegal acts by teenagers. The goal is to foster discussion about this issue, analyzing the reality you live in this segment, as well as the socioeconomic situation of vulnerability they are exposed, allowing profiling of the adolescent offenders in the city of Macapa, emphasizing the importance of policies resocialize and educational measures to build their social identity. The methodology used in this study was based on literature review, data analysis provided by the Specialized Police Investigation of infractions - Deiai and directed interviews with a semi-structured with professionals who work daily with the host and procedures for meeting these young people . The work is divided into four chapters. At first it is a socio-historical context of the adolescent and the offense and discusses the social dynamics and reality offending. The historical trajectory of the Rights of Children and Adolescents in Brazil is presented in the second chapter. We also discuss that the relation x teen law: perpetrator or victim? Dealing with concepts and definitions in the third chapter. In the fourth chapter, it is an analysis of the social reality of the adolescent offenders in the city of Macapá, the elaboration of the profile of these young people. And finally the closing remarks, the authors offer their conclusions about the results of promoting discussion on the situation of adolescent offenders.
