Resumo

This work intends to discourse on the public politics directed toward youth of the State of the Amapá analyzing the form for which social and cultural the movement hip hop, while organized youth comes participating of the public politics searching to the same understand the relations between and the State, as well as the advances reached for the group in favor of its culture and its contribution through its partner-pedagogical activities come back it to awake of the conscience politics, of the young attended for the program of Young Amapá government. This research involved the responsible institutions for the elaboration or applicability of the public politics directed toward the youth of the city of Macapá, militant of the movement hip hop, the schools and the young scholarship holders of the program. In this scene, the implementation of Young the Amapá Program, brought for the movement the chance to display for the society its ideologies and the form as it develops the critical conscience of the young through the culture. The analysis carried through concerning this subject concluded that the movement hip hop can on a new prism if still constitute as a process of not formal education capable to contribute with the development of the formal education, as well as with the social critical development of the proper pupil who passes ahead withholds a more competent conscience of the society where he lives. In such a way the work if considers to investigate the existing relation between the Movement hip hop and the formal education, made possible for Young the Amapá Program.
