Projeto Vila Ribeirinha: conjunto habitacional para área de ressaca em Macapá – AP

Abstract

The study titled Riverside Village Project aims to build a proposed urban and architectural designs for surf areas in the city of Macapá (AP). The name " Vila riverfront " was used on the assumption that the spatial configuration of housing occupation in surf areas resembles a village and considering that it is a city with riverine origin. The choice of theme was influenced by similar research conducted earlier, also due to belief in the importance and relevance of including these places and their inhabitants in the urban context. To develop the study were employed as methods: quantitative research with survey data obtained through questionnaires; qualitative research through visits and on-site observation; and references, responsible for enabling the exploration history of flooded areas, occupation under water and architectural projects and proposals that have been developed within this theme. Drawing on the research, bibliographic study, the data collected and the perception created about the place, the study finally is directed to the production of a different proposal for the occupation of the flooded areas in Macapa. Thus a proposal for urbanization to areas and architectural design proposal for the rooms and walkways are kept together take the form of housing, aimed at encouraging access and inclusion of people in the city and also provide maintenance and proper care surf areas.
