Ressocialização e reincidência: uma análise sobre os internos do IAPEN do Amapá

Abstract

This article is the object of study concept of crime and rehabilitation from a functionalist sociological perspective, and taking as an object of research, the reeducation of Penitentiary Administration Institute Amapá- IAPEN⁽²⁾. In this sense the objective of this research was to analyze the penitentiary system and its operation, as a necessary condition for the rehabilitation of apenado⁽³⁾. The problem is the following question: the rehabilitation processes used in the prison system are required and generate satisfactory results? Its guiding question the analysis of the structural conditions of the penitentiary system of Amapá, which is indicated as a school of crime. Therefore, we held a literature and field research with employees and reeducation through closed questionnaires.
