Resumo
The objective of this study was to present the institutionalization of the Preparatory course for Blacks, Practitioners of Afro-Brazilian Cults and Economically Needed People (CPV-NEGROS, UNIFAP) in a specific way: to know who the agents of the process were; In order to prepare this monograph, a bibliographical research was carried out that covered the themes of slavery, racism, Political and social movements, juridical changes and reports of real episodes, referring to the themes mentioned above in the world, and more specifically in Brazil, with different approaches by the authors. A documentary research was also produced to support the analysis of the creation and institutionalization of the Preparatory course for Blacks, Afro-Brazilian Cult Practitioners and economically disadvantaged people in UNIFAP, from the original project, ordinances, reports, newspapers, photos, among other documents. It was concluded that in the first decade of the 2000s, there was a deepening of the discussions about affirmative actions in Brazil. The new recognition of race as an explanatory category of Brazilian social inequalities had a profound impact inside and outside the Federative Republic, so that affirmative action policies became models for inclusion policies in new government projects. The creation and institutionalization of CPVNEGROS in UNIFAP was a process within this context
