Revitalização da paisagem da praia do Goiabal no município de Calçoene

Abstract

Revitalization is generally inserted in the tourism context, fueling many times the cultural industry. In recent years on the architectural scene there has been a tendency to ignore public spaces, increasing polarization in the sector urban, thus causing more poverty and alienation. The requalification process reduces stress, increases the safety and comfort of the place, reinforcing the relationship of users with it, after it has been transformed. However, the change of use arising from the decharacterization of public spaces due to new uses This sometimes results in the loss of cultural diversity. The spatial configuration changes, and identity is lost. As a result, we sought to address in this work on the revitalization study of the landscape of Praia do Goiabal, since the It has already been the promotion of tourism, a place of leisure and recreation, not just for residents, but also for visitors, a factor that generated income for the Municipality of Calçoene, and today it is unused. As a proposal, it is suggested the implementation of some equipment that serves as subterfuge, in harmony with the natural landscape, to attract tourist activity to the beach, these being bars/restaurants, hostels and even the creation of a structured subdivision with school, health center, police station and bus station.
