Percepção da atuação do enfermeiro na atenção primária à saúde em duas Unidades Básicas de Saúde nas cidades de Macapá (Brasil) e Bogotá (Colômbia)

Abstract

In latin America, the health care systems are similar between them, taking as an important issue the diversity of its population. In the context of the unique health system, the prymary health care is demarcable by the actions in health in the individual and colective context, demanding to the involved profesionals the responsability of an integral attention throught the care. The rol of nurses in the prymary health care and specificly in the basic attention health unities is compose by several activies focused in different aspects as: education, health and administrative level. The objetive of this study is analize the perception of the nurse rol in the prymary health care in Brasil and Colombia. Metodlogically its characterized to be a cualitative research, the data were collected through interviews with ten nurses, five in Colombia and five in Brazil, with open and closed questions and two scripts. The interpretation of the data was performed by the content analysis purposed by Bardin who stablished three fases: Previous analysis, explanation of the material, and treatment of the results. The content analysis of the interviews was performed with help of the software ATLAS ti.8, which is specificly for the analysis of cualitative data, it allow to determinate the most remarkable categories. The research was developt from 2016 november to 2017 april. It was identified different kind of categories as teh result of the data analysis: promotion and prevention, leadership, resources, humanization and comunication. In the different categories the nurses of the prymary health care unities was identyed as managers of each country. The analysis of the data concluded that is neccesary to emphasize in the exposed topic in order to improve the nursering rol, also create strategies for include the nurse as an important profesional in politics that contribute to the prymari health care, taking as and important issue the education of the nurse and it interest in the comunity
