Resumo

Women in Saudi Arabia has been opening the debate on women's rights within Islam. This research aims to study the status of the Saudi woman proving important for a more complete perception of the world and not centralized on men thought. The impacts that a deeply religious and conservative society have on women's lives are intriguing. Discuss the different opinions inside and outside Saudi Arabia without personal values, since the purpose of this paper is not to condemn any tradition but to find arguments that measure the roots of the abyss of gender inequality in the that country. Understanding the obscure design of human rights especially with regard to women's rights, and the negative symbology around the feminine will be fundamental to the separation of religion, culture and tradition. Saudi Arabia is the world center of Islam, where everything began and where everything turns. It is a complex and complete religion where great social problems can find answers. However, this generalized interfering power opens the way to wrong interpretations, temporal and overcome by the rational formation between right and wrong. It is less and less tolerable for women to submit to the will of others, and this is to the detriment of their human freedom. Muslim grandeur carries with it a broad interpretative possibility about its doctrine, and it is this same characteristic that favors and disadvantages women in the private and public sectors of life. While some Saudis see demeaning and restrictive gender norms, others believe that it is part of their identities. While some see conservative dress as a form of oppression, others perceive it as femininity. The debate is complicated because it surrounds the perceptive and interpretative field that belongs to every human being
