Resumo

This research talks a little about the history of field education and its challenges to be faced within the school environment, about the inclusion of students coming from the countryside to urban schools, in order to describe the challenges faced by them in the search for an education quality that aims for its future. It was held in two state schools, Dom Pedro I and Manoel Queiroz Benjamim in the municipality of Mazagão AP. The objective was to research the challenges and perspectives of the inclusion of students from the countryside in view of insertion in urban schools, analyzing the inclusion of these students in the face of pedagogical coordination, identifying the challenges that teachers face with these students within the school environment, and verifying the projects pedagogical aspects regarding the inclusion of rural students in urban schools. The research involved questionnaires with questions filled out by teachers and school coordinators. The main conclusions were that despite the difficulties encountered in daily life, teachers, pedagogical coordination and rural students seek a school capable of changing their lives, providing students with training for citizenship valuing their origins, cultures and the importance of the field for society. The work shows the learning of rural students in urban schools, and their difficulties in relation to urban students in the issue of teaching-learning, showing the challenges faced by teachers and pedagogical coordinators in school daily life.
