A transnacionalização como instrumento de empoderamento do movimento feminista: a Marcha Mundial das Mulheres

Abstract

This work intends to understand the processes of social construction present in contemporaneity and contribute to the field of International Relations regarding the deficiency of scientific production on Gender / Feminism. In order to understand important elements for the current International Relations, we will focus on issues such as Globalization, Transnationalization and the role of Civil Society in the form of Transnational Networks. We will analyze for this purpose how the transnational activism network of the World March of Women is articulated and how the transnationalization characteristic of it contributes effectively to the empowerment of the Feminist Movement, based on the qualitative research through bibliographic research and documentary research
