Racionalização da obra de reforma no museu de Macapá através da aplicação das técnicas de planejamento, programação e controle

Abstract

Engineering works and developments should be considered a complex project. However, this is not what is commonly seen in small and medium-sized companies, where the project is carried out without planning or is done inadequately, consequently causing losses and project delays. In view of this, the aim of this work was to analyze and apply some planning techniques and methodologies based on major authors, in a renovation project for a museum located in the city of Macapá-AP. To this end, the methodology used was based on Mattos and Limmer and consists of the following stages: analysis, data, application of techniques and discussion of the results. Based on documents made available by the public agency, such as the budget and work orders, structures were drawn up to monitor the project, showing the link between the stages and the various sectors of the project, serving as a basis for graphs used in meetings and the definition of execution schedules for the budget made. Calculations to define the duration of each activity and the project as a whole were carried out using the inputs in the budget, thus tying together the budget and plan. With the results of this study, it was shown how to rationalize an engineering project through planning and programming, finding the deadline of 18 days to carry out the renovation from what was budgeted and defining all the resources needed to carry out the work, connecting the budget and planning used in the renovation, reducing the chances of losses and delays. As well as the importance of control throughout the project and the possibility of implementing it in any project, from highly complex to a simple renovation.
