Resumo
Education has a great relationship with development, income and public security related to safety and being a subject of extreme importance for the population, as we are indirectly responsible for the minor offenders and if it does not have a greater attention, as will be the experience of the subjects in society, where it contains a lot of information about the subject and little action of the bodies responsible for them, in practice the actions are still obsolete and sporadic which causes an increase in recidivism, where if the measures elaborated and applied correctly should make the data different , but in reality the applied pedagogy is not effective, finding in the work since the beginning of the programs to the juvenile offenders, the educational rights, the profile of the professionals and as it occurs in the state of Amapá, being able to do with society in general to ensure that minors re-socialize and become good citizens. In order to know the educational rights that are destined to these young people who fulfill socioeducative measure of assisted freedom. The research began by selecting materials for reading and systematizing the data, containing books, scientific papers, monographs, theses and reports, taken from research sites such as google academic and government bodies to make the selection were read all the papers they had as a main objective to describe in a clear way the socioeducative measures defining only a socioeducative measure of assisted freedom for the present work, being made the reading, analysis and interpretation of the chosen texts, being a qualitative research of bibliographical revision. However, few pedagogical practices within the classroom are made to attend the minor offenders, who would have to have an educational accompaniment putting together with the inclusive education, since the minor offender has the social and educational right, however, the state is not responsible for ensuring the rights for the subjects that need support and care by the public power and the state leaving the society as a participant for not having information and ends up being victims of the juvenile offenders
