Análise técnica e econômica entre diferentes tipos de fundação em edificação pública no município de Mazagão/AP

Abstract

In the context of planning and execution of works, the foundation design stage is crucial for the technical and financial viability of a project, and can guide very important choices, such as the purchase of another piece of land to better take advantage of the natural characteristics of the soil, relieving the execution of the infrastructure. For this, after defining the preliminary project, a preliminary geotechnical investigation study is necessary, which in this case was of the SPT type, in order to base the dimensions. Therefore, this work compares the possibilities of using different types of foundations and their dimensions, through the elaboration of calculations using different methods, obtaining their results and comparing them to each other to define technical choices. In addition, a financial analysis of each solution was carried out, in order to assist in decision making. Finally, the results and the choice of the best option were presented, from a technical and financial point of view, which was the use of footings for buildings, due to the characteristics of good resistance in the surface layers of the land in question, thus this type of foundation proved to be more technically and economically suitable.
