Proposição de um guia para apoio técnico na elaboração de Projetos de Segurança Contra Incêndio e Pânico submetidos ao Corpo de Bombeiros Militar do Amapá (CBMAP)

Abstract

Fire and Panic Safety (FPS) is an essential element of public policy for the protection of life, property, and the environment. In the state of Amapá, this is operationalized through the technical analysis of Fire Protection and Emergency Safety System Designs (PICIP) carried out by the Amapá Military Fire Department (CBMAP). In this context, this research aimed to analyze all technical non-conformities identified in the PICIPs filed with the CBMAP through the Technical Services System (SISTEC) in 2025, with a view to proposing a specific technical guide for those responsible for the project. This guide is based on CBMAP Technical Standards and current legislation and has the potential to reduce rework, increase regulatory compliance of projects, and contribute to greater administrative efficiency in the analysis of PICIPs. Methodologically, the research is characterized as applied, with a predominantly qualitative approach, supported by quantitative data, based on bibliographic research, normative analysis, and documentary research. The main result of this research was the development of a proposed technical guidance guide.
