Resumo

The Oenocarpus bacaba Mart. it is a native culture of the Amazon, much appreciated by the peoples of the region and widely used in local cuisine. The growing demand for the product favors the growth of the cultivation areas of bacabeira, making it necessary to carry out studies on the production of quality seedlings. The objective of the present work was to determine, through morphological and physiological parameters, the quality of bacabeira seedlings produced in organic substrates formulated with inputs from the Amazon region, composed of decomposed açaí seeds, tanned manure and sawdust. The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse at the Federal University of Amapá, Campus Mazagão, Mazagão, AP. The experimental design used was completely randomized with four replications and seven treatments, being: S1 - decomposed açaí wagon (DA) + buffalo manure (BUM) + sawdust (SA) (1:1:1); S2 - (DA) + (BUM) (2:1); S3 - (SA) + (BUM) (2:1); S4 - (DA) + (BUM) (1:1); S5 - (SA) + (BUM) (1:1); S6 - (BUM) + (DA) (2:1) and S7 - (BUM) + (SA) (2:1). The variables evaluated were the height of the aerial part (H), the stem diameter (SD), the dry phytomass of the roots (PR), of the leaves (PL), of the aerial part (PAP) and total (PT); the relationship between the height of the aerial part and the stem diameter (RHSD), the relationship between the height of the aerial part and the dry phytomass of the aerial part (RHPAP), the relationship between the dry phytomass of the roots and the dry phytomass of the part (RPRPAP), and the Dickson Quality Score (DQS). The quality of bacabeira seedlings is directly correlated with the dry root phytomass. The substrates formulated on the basis of tanned buffalo manure and decomposed açaí seed produce bacabeira seedlings with better quality. The substrates formulated with sawdust provided less seedling growth
