Comparação econômica entre a utilização de estruturas pré-moldada e moldada in loco convencional em sobrado residencial na cidade de Macapá - AP

Abstract

Civil construction in Brazil is a sector defined by excess manufacturing, low or no technological control, waste of material and human resources, environmental disrespect and slowness in its processes, which culminates fatally in works that leave much to be desired in quality, agility and economy - the latter, the focus of the present study. The research in question studies the economic viability of the use of precast structural elements in detriment of the conventional castings in loco, in a single-family residential building of 350 m² in the city of Macapá-AP. The elaboration of the present work was motivated by the understanding that the Brazilian society and, consequently, the amapaense deserves more in civil construction and, for improvements to be incorporated in this sector, its professionals must understand the importance of the comparison between different solutions, that ally technical efficiency with economic viability, which will enable them to provide better quality services to their customers. The methodology was developed as follows: A local company specialized in the precast segment elaborated a project proposal, supply and assembly of the precast structure, which served as the basis for the design of the structural project, this time in a conventional structure, which was later budgeted from the composition tables of the National System of Prices and Civil Construction Indices - SINAPI - and, in the end, both were economically compared. Thus, the information provided in the present work generates a reflection that transcends the mere study of costs by pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of the structural models analyzed and when approaching concepts and processes that are characteristic of the budgeting allied to the planning of works. Thus, this work should be of interest not only of the professionals engaged in the sector, but of the population in general that is impacted by it and, this way, bringing more education and access to information technically based that the civil construction starts to employ better quality standards and, consequently, to promote their development efficiently.
