Estudo de caso: Proposta orçamentária de recuperação patológica do centro de educação da Universidade Federal do Amapá

Abstract

The present work corresponds to a case study of the work of the Education Center of the Federal University of Amapá, aiming to elaborate a budget proposal for the recovery of the building from the diagnosed pathological manifestations, which were the object of propositions of mechanisms and measures for the restoration. For that, the Lichtenstein method was used in order to systematically support the identification and correction of pathologies. The diagnostic process was performed through photographic records and notes made during an on-site visit. Among the pathologies found, concrete segregation, reinforcement corrosion and cracks were observed. For each pathological manifestation, the steps proposed by the Lichtenstein methodology were followed, firstly the survey of subsidies, diagnosis of the situation and, finally, the definition of conduct. After the initial budget of the work was updated, the budget for the recovery of the building was elaborated, and any additional expenses to be recovered for the restoration of the pathologies listed in said building were quantified, corresponding to R$ 71,780.35 (seventy-one thousand, seven hundred and eighty reais and thirty-five cents). In this way, it was inferred from the extraordinary expenses observed that the lack of planning, efficient techniques and skilled manpower cause the appearance of pathological problems in the work, which culminate in the increase of the values initially estimated for any project, especially the project of Education Center of the Federal University of Amapá.
