Abstract

This work aims to analyze the impact of labor training on productivity and the reduction of non-conformities in the single-mass plastering service on internal walls in a multi floor project. Single mass plastering on internal walls plays a fundamental role in civil construction, contributing to the aesthetics and protection of structures, however, the productivity and quality, in the sense of non-conformities, of this coating, depends largely on the competence and skills of the workforce involved in performing this service. The research, which is classified as a case study, was conducted in a multi story project in the city of Macapá/AP, where quantitative and qualitative indicators were collected, before and after the training that was carried out with employees involved in the plastering service. single mass on internal walls. The results of this research included the identification of the main positive points generated by workforce training, both in terms of workforce productivity and the reduction of non-conformities found. At the end of the research, an improvement in the productivity of the five teams studied was noticed, as well as a drastic reduction in the number of non-conformities observed. Therefore, this study sought to contribute to the understanding of the impact of labor training on productivity and the reduction of non-conformities in the single mass plastering service on internal walls of a multiple-story project in the city of Macapá/AP.
