Análise exploratória da descrição normativa dos processos críticos no serviço de arquivo médico e estatística - same do hospital estadual de Santana

Abstract

The article presents a descriptive research on how Critical Processes are performed in the Medical and Statistical Archive Service - SAME of the Hospital Estadual de Santana, how its activities are carried out and how they can contribute to improve the administrative manage-ment of the institution. In that its objective is to make an exploratory analysis of the influence that this sector offers in the administrative dynamics of the routing of the processes, since this interacts with the different areas and sectors, providing important information for the man-agement. Field research was done through documentary analysis and specialized bibliography for the sector, describing in a didactic and systematic way how SAME flowchart works, as well as the stages of the critical processes of each service provided in this sector, with empha-sis on their relationship With all the other sectors of the hospital, trying to show their attribu-tions for excellence in care. Among the results obtained, it was identified that there is no sys-tematic description of the Critical Processes, since these are not mapped, standardized as stra-tegic instruments for the effectiveness of Quality Management in the Hospital, since these happen informally.
