A inserção internacional do continente africano via União Africana

Abstract

This work has the objective to evalue the actions executed by African Union to intensify the international insertion of the African continent. For it,we appeal to an overall historical summary of the way as the African regional integration process has been built, its successes and its failures, as well as the actions to a strengthening of the regional integration in the African continent. It will also be used the theories of pan-africanism, African Renaissance and pos-colonialism to understand the actions African Union has to the international insertion of Africa. For last, an analysis of documents that prove the African participation in international forum will be executed, in order to measure the influence African Union has to the international image of African continent
