Abstract

The present research analyzes the episode Whindersson Nunes on “Podcats #007”. The research addresses the themes of journalism and infotainment, highlighting the point of intersection between both. Technological evolution has facilitated the emergence of independent content creators, but it emphasizes the need for technical and ethical approaches to preserve communicators, interviewees, and consumers of information. The objective of the research was to understand how professional training in communication affects infotainment, considering the mistakes and lack of information when interviewing or producing content. The methodology is a qualitative/exploratory bibliographical study, complemented by a case study, based on authors such as Rossi, Traquina, and Dejavite, among others.
