Resumo
This work intends to discuss the importance of the Pacuí Agricultural Family School (EFAP) for Field Education. Its objective is to verify the reality in which EFAP is currently, identifying the main problems and challenges found within the institution, aiming to seek a quality education perspective, which can value the quality of teaching in the field. The work will be carried out through quantitative and qualitative research, with the participation of the student body of the school, emphasizing current students and alumni. Therefore, the Pacuí Family School can not function regularly throughout the year, since it depends on the agreement passed on by the state to control its crises. With everything, it can be observed that the school needs to reinvent itself by seeking partnerships for its strengthening, especially with projects that benefit all, involving families, communities, alumni, students and school management, using other sources of student funding, allowing students to remain with the family, and to continue training at EFAP
