Fatores preditivos ao uso problemático de álcool e outras drogas e o impacto em adolescentes gestantes

Abstract

Objective: To investigate, based on scientific studies, predictive factors for the problematic use of alcohol and other drugs by adolescents and how use affects pregnant adolescents. Methods: This is an integrative review of the literature, the search was carried out in the following databases: BVS and SciELO. Results: After the evaluation, 11 articles were selected because they met the research question and 335 were excluded. The results of the research were organized into two categories: "Predictive factors for the use of alcohol and other drugs by adolescents" and "Impacts of alcohol and other drug use on adolescent pregnancy". Conclusions: It is observed the relevance in the scientific and professional environment to the knowledge of the predictive factors that influence young people to problematic use of alcohol and other drugs, in which knowing the social environment and how it can influence, measures are sought to prevent the beginning of use.
