Mão de obra de trabalhadores da construção civil: análise do rendimento com relação a execução do serviço de alvenaria de vedação em um loteamento residencial de Macapá/AP

Abstract

The present Work of Completion of Course, entitled "Workforce of construction workers: income analysis regarding the execution of the masonry service of fence in a residential development of Macapá / AP", thematized the income of construction workers in the state of Amapá, more specifically those that carry out their activities in a residential subdivision. The objective of this study was to identify the income of the construction workers' labor force, in relation to masonry sealing, that work in a residential development in Macapá / AP. And as specific objectives to analyze how it was instituted in the scope of Civil Engineering the establishment of the parameters of income of the labor of civil construction workers, more specifically in the Brazilian context; Conduct a survey and analysis of national data that represent the coefficient of income of the construction workers at the national level; and to identify the labor income of construction workers, related to masonry of ceramic block fence, that develop their labor activities in a Macapá / AP allotment. Methodologically, it is a field research anchored in a case study. A daily service monitoring worksheet was used to collect the field data, in which the daily production of the employees was recorded in a collection period of 4 months between September and December of the year 2018. The data were organized in a spreadsheet and analyzed based on the national parameters of workers' income presented by the SINAP and TCPO database. Among the results, it is pointed out that the workers' income, compared to the income indexes of the national databases SINAPI and TCPO, show that the Unitary Production Ratio (RUP) of the workers who perform the masonry settlement service in a subdivision in the state of Amapá has an index above the national average and a high dispersion at the local level. Thus, this represents that the productivity of local workers is inferior and heterogeneous with respect to national parameters.
