Estudo de caso: acompanhamento do serviço de produção da cerca operacional do Aeroporto Internacional de Macapá

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and monitor the construction process of the operational fence at Macapá International Airport, with emphasis on the construction stages, the methods employed, and the quality control procedures adopted. The research was characterized as a case study, with a qualitative approach, based on the technical monitoring of the work, the analysis of documents, and photographic records. The results showed that systematic technical monitoring was fundamental to ensuring the conformity of the services with the executive project, the current technical standards, and the operational safety requirements imposed by the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC). It was also found that the standardization of procedures, combined with the use of quality control instruments, such as Service Verification Forms (SVF), contributed to the reduction of non-conformities and to the increase in efficiency in execution. It is concluded that the operational fence plays an essential role in the security of the airport site, and the adoption of rigorous inspection and quality control practices is indispensable, especially in works carried out in airport areas.
