Educação ambiental nos livros didáticos de Língua Portuguesa: um olhar analítico nos livros do ensino Fundamental II do PNLD 2020

Abstract

This article aims to present an analysis of the 6th grade Portuguese Language Textbook, in order to demonstrate how activities are developed with a view to Environmental Education (EA). The theoretical basis focused on official documents: National Curriculum Parameters (PCN/1998) and the National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC/2017), on the National Environmental Education Policy (BRASIL, 1999) and on the debate of other authors on the subject. among them Reigota. In the methodology, with a qualitative approach, with the technique of document analysis, it made it possible to verify how Environmental Education is presented in a collection of Portuguese language textbooks for elementary school II. The results showed that the proposals for activities that focus on the theme of EE present in the Book are in line with what is proposed by the official documents, however there are still merely illustrative propositions.
